How to Get Birth Certificate, Marriage, Death Certificate or CENOMAR Online via PSAHelplline.PH
You can request for any PSA certificates online in just a few minutes and here are the steps:
STEP 1: Go to psahelpline.ph website. Click “Order Now”.
STEP 2: Choose the Certificate You Need to Request and click the buttons, “I Accept the Terms and Privacy Policy”. Click “Continue”
STEP 3: Identify if you are either applying for your own or for someone else then click “Continue”.
STEP 4: Fill in the forms with your personal details needed in your requested certificate. Make sure that the details and its spelling are accurate.
STEP 5: On the last form, type your delivery details. Make sure that the address and contact number is correct. Then, click “Continue”.
STEP 6: Check all the details and information you encoded for the last time. Then, click “I confirm” and “Continue”.
STEP 7: Select the mode of payment that is available and most convenient for you.
Take note that your request has been filed yet pending at this point. You will initially receive an email or text message that your request is ready for payment. Once paid, you will receive an email again for confirmation and on the following days, the status of your request.
Process and Delivery Time
Take note that PSAhelpline.ph delivers nationwide but there are areas that are outside their coverage. Also , their delivery time depends on the customer’s identified and submitted address.
For Metro Manila, it may take 3 to 4 working days to be delivered. Requests made from the province, on the other hand, may take 3 to 8 working days to complete. Consider several factors such as verification, possible lockdowns and the absence of the requester that may affect the delivery time of the document.
What Do I Need to Present Upon Delivery?
To receive the certificate, the actual requester should be physically present with his or her signed, valid and original Government-issued ID. In case missed, you may call them at (02) 8737 1111 from Mondays to Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
