After the dance floor was cleared, equipment for the functional training powered by Kipsta were set up. Then, the training started. From dancers grooving with the beat, the area was replaced with muscle-strong women. The training was facilitated by the coach from Red Nose Gym. After the warm up, they started already with the circuit training.

The powerful ladies warming up!

Every muscle was at work. 1 kg of balls flew and 16 lbs of kettle bells are swung in the air and caught by powerful arms of these ladies. Legs and hamstrings are stretched and worked on with all the jumping and squats. Cores got into some work with several reps of sit ups and Pilates. Triceps and biceps are flexed with every ups and downs of the dumbbells.
These women truly amazed me. Some of them were in their mid-40’s and 50’s! They did it with grunts of resistance but always with a game face on.
