Among the must try’s in their main course are their seafood Paella, Arroz De Matanza, Bullit de Peix (Fish stew), Pulpo ala Gallega and Pulpo Fritos. Must try desserts include Flao or the Ibizan Cheesecake and Greixonera or Ibizan Pudding. After a sumptuous meal, you should also try a shot of their Hierbas Ibicencas – a traditional drink with star anise which aids digestion.

From Cubao or Pasay, take a bus bound for Alabang South Station or Star Mall. Alight at Molito. Look for Parmigiano or Pancake House and walk past these. You’ll find El Cocinero somewhere behind these.
EL COCINERO (LA BELLA TAGAYTAY)
From Cubao or Pasay, take a bus bound for Alfonso or Nasugbu. Get off Radar taas. take a trycicle straight to La Bella Tagaytay.
